Lila has over a decade of experience writing and story editing your kids’ favorite animated shows, with 100+ episodes under her belt! Most recently she was Story Editor/Head Writer of Spin Master’s Unicorn Academy (Season 3), and Story Editor/Head Writer of Mattel’s Polly Pocket (Season 5). She was also Co-Producer/Head Writer of LEGO’s Hidden Side shorts and the Cartoon Network special Night of the Harbinger. Additional writing credits include: Monster High, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Cleopatra in Space and Guillermo del Toro’s Trollhunters for which she was nominated for an Emmy.

  • Lila is pet-mom to an adorable one-eyed rabbit, Captain Maddi, who hates people. Unless you have some apple slices to give her. Then she’ll come running!

  • Lila is growing a tree from the pit of a random avocado she ate in November 2023. She named the tree Avoclaudo and he is currently just shy of two feet tall.

  • In middle school, Lila went to see The Lizzie McGuire Movie and ended up sitting next to George Lucas in the movie theater. And that’s what inspired her to go to film school.
